Induction Training: A four phase induction training for team members at regular intervals to develop understanding on MS philosophy, non-negotiable principles and also to develop concepts on collective strength, on empowerment and decentralisation.
The methodology is participatory in nature and enables the team to analyse the issues and in establishing linkages between the socio-cultural dynamics and women’s empowerment.
Training skill development: Training and capacity building of sangham women is an integral part of our work. Hence building training skills of team members is a major part. Several Training of Trainers(TOT) have been organised in this regard.
Issue based trainings:
Periodic trainings are organised for team members at all levels on the five major issues on which MS is working: Education, Health, Women in Governance, Natural Resource Management & Asset Building and Social and Gender Equity Issues. The reference point for these trainings are the issues raised by Sanghams.
Exposure visits: We at MS believe in learning from the successful experiences of others. Hence several exposures have been organised for team members over the years. These are both inter State and intra State.
