Over the years, our interactions with Sanghams has led to a building up of learning and experiences in the area of gender. These have been pooled together in the form of communication material, training modules, newsletters, posters, reports and audio visuals. These are being accessed by other organisations in an informal manner.

This has also led to the development of a cadre of resource persons who can give input on gender issues right from the level of Sanghams up to the MS team. Their experiences and expertise have been used by various organisations, both govt. and non-governmental from time to time.
